Gary Michalowski, D.C
Dr. Michalowski is a 1984 graduate of the National College of Chiropractic In Lombard Illinois. His pre-doctoral education includes an Associate in Applied Science degree in X-ray Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. Dr. Michalowski opened his practice on New Avenue in Lemont in 1984, and, since 1990, he has been located in downtown Lemont on Stephen Street next to the Budnik building. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, American registry of Radiological Technologists and the Lemont Chamber of Commerce.
Janice Semenic Office Manager
Jan has been instrumental in the success of Lemont Chiropractic Center. With her pleasant smile and sincere personality, she makes patients feel welcome from the first time they call. She is always willing to help patients deal with their insurance carriers and readily answers any of our patients' questions and concerns. She has been a member of the team since 1985.

Appointments, Scheduling and Cancellations
New patients are always welcome. We make every effort to see you as soon as possible; however, sometimes the days schedule will not allow an immediate appointment, we will try our best to schedule your appointment in the shortest possible time. We know you have many choices when choosing a Chiropractor in Lemont, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site.
We pride ourselves in adhering to our appointment schedules; we allow plenty of time for our patient’s treatment needs, and do not double book. In order to keep any waiting to a bare minimum, it is important that our patients are on time for their appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule you for another time or day.
If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements. We do not charge for missed appointments, unless it becomes habitual.
In order to facilitate your timely healing, it is very important to keep your scheduled appointments, and not continually cancel or reschedule.
Payment Information
For Patients that do not have insurance, inadequate chiropractic coverage, or extremely high deductibles and/or co payments, we can now offer you discounted fees similar to in-network discounts given to insurance companies through ChiroHealth USA a discount medical plan organization. Contact us for more information.
We accept assignment of payment from insurance companies for whom we are providers.
Please do not let financial difficulties keep you from getting proper timely treatment. We will do everything we can to help make your treatments fit your budget.
